Don't Think. Play.
An analog delay for every player. An Inspired Original
The Oracle Analog Echo delay pedal takes it's cues from the most iconic vintage BBD pedals from Japan but is not an outright clone of any of them. Designed in conjunction with John Synder of EAE, the Oracle made to play friendly in front of your amp and never get in the way of your guitar playing.
It's simple and easy to use control layout lets you spend less time turning knobs and more time bending strings. Inside the delay is voiced for that vintage warmth but is by no means muddy or dark.
Dual BBD Chipset
The Oracle utilizes two MN3205 BBD chips that give you approximately 600ms on the Time knob. Pulling design elements from all the classic pedals we know and love, this echo lets you blend the delay signal on top of your clean signal for a more 50/50 split with the Mix knob maxed instead of pure wet signal. The Feedback control is tuned for the perfect balance and lets you live right on the edge of oscillation.
We use high quality panel mount In, Out and DC jacks so pedal will be reliable on the road for years to come.
Tap in Time
You may be asking, why a tap tempo on a simple analog echo pedal? Well, we love the quick adjustments you can make with a tap and the microcontroller that controls this circuit allows you to expand your creative pallet. The Tap Tempo switch lets you push the delay time beyond the 600ms on the knob. In doing so you degrade the signal in the BBD chips for a lo-fi sound.
The Oracle Controls
- Time - Sets the time of the delay up to 600ms
- Feedback - Adjusts the number of repeats
- Mix - Sets the balance between to dry and wet signal
- Tap Tempo - Adjust the delay time. Can go beyond the Time knob for a lo-fi delay sound
